Satisfactory Written Transfer Required. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, both the Company and the Board shall be entitled to treat the Transferor of Units as the absolute owner thereof in all respects, and shall incur no liability for distributions made in good faith to it, until such time as a written notice of such Transfer indicating that such Transfer conforms to the requirements of this Section 10 has been received by, and such Transfer is recorded on the books of, the Company.
