Saved Information. Saved Information may not always be available to Firm Participant and may become available to unauthorized persons. IRMLS is not liable for unauthorized access to or loss of Saved Information. Firm Participant is responsible for retention of any information that may be necessary to reconstruct Saved Information if it is lost or destroyed.
