Savings and Exceptions. The Owners have joined this Agreement only to confirm their willingness to convey the Land Share attributable to the Said Unit. Nothing contained herein shall affect the mutual rights and obligations of the Owners and the Developer against each other under the Development Agreement notwithstanding any inconsistency or contradiction hereunder.
