Circumstances Of Force Majeure. 11.1. The Parties are released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement, if such non-fulfillment was the result of force majeure circumstances. In case of force majeure and cancellation of the start, registration fees will not be refunded.

Circumstances of force majeure are extraordinary and inevitable circumstances that objectively make it impossible to fulfill obligations stipulated by the terms of the Agreement, duties in accordance with legislative and other normative acts, namely: threat of war, armed conflict or serious threat of such conflict, including, but not limited to, hostile attacks, military embargoes, acts of a foreign enemy, general military mobilization, hostilities, declared and unannounced war, actions of the social enemy, perturbation, acts of terrorism, sabotage, piracy, confusion, intrusion, blockade, revolution, revolt, rebellion, riot, introduction of curfew, expropriation, forced removal, captured the establishment of enterprises, requisition, public demonstration, strike, accident, unlawful actions of third parties, fire, explosion, long breaks in the work of transport, 'regulated by the conditions of relevant decisions and acts of the state authorities, closure of the sea channels, embargo, prohibition (restriction) of export / import, etc., as well as caused by exceptional weather conditions and natural disasters, namely: an epidemic, a strong storm, a cyclone, a hurricane, a tornado, a storm, a flood, a storm of snow, ice, hail, frost, freezing of the sea, a stream, ports, passes, earthquake, lightning, fire, drought 'subsidence and landslide and other natural disasters that cause inability to perform one of the parties obligations under the Agreement.
