Common use of Savings and Retirement Plans Clause in Contracts

Savings and Retirement Plans. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be eligible to participate in all savings and retirement plans provided by the Company as in effect from time to time, on the same basis as such savings and retirement benefits are generally made available to other executives of the Company.
