Savings and Retirement Plans. During the Protected Period, Executive shall remain eligible to participate in the savings and retirement plans, practices, policies and programs generally applicable to peer executives of the Company. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Executive shall continue to participate in the EDS Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan.
