Savings Clause; Survival. If this Section 21 or any portion of it is invalidated on any ground by any court of competent jurisdiction, then the Company will nevertheless indemnify the Executive to the fullest extent permitted by any applicable portion of this Section 21 that has not been invalidated and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This Section 21 shall survive the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason.
