– SB 1383 COMPLIANCE. To the extent applicable, CONSULTANT shall comply with the requirements set forth in SB 1383 and Public Contracts Code Section 22150 for the procurement of recycled paper products. To the extent that the fitness and quality are equal, CONSULTANT shall purchase recycled products, as defined in Public Contracts Code Section 12200 instead of nonrecycled products. Upon completion of the term of this Contract, CONSULTANT shall provide records to the CITY demonstrating compliance with this section, including copies of all invoices, receipts, or other proofs of purchase that detail the procurement of paper products.
