LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India and whose registered office is situated in 0000, 00xx Xxxxx, X & X Xxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai – 400 051, Maharashtra (“SBI Caps”, which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its authorized representatives, successors and permitted assigns);

LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Xxx, 0000, and having its registered office at 000, Xxxxx Xxxxx X, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx 400 005 (hereinafter referred to as “SBI Cap”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns). Citi, CS, DSPML, HSCI, ISec, JPM, KMCC and SBI Cap are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Underwriters”, and individually as an “Underwriter”. The Company and the Underwriters are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at 0000, 00xx Xxxxx, A and B Wing, Parinee Xxxxxxxxx Building, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai 400 051, Maharashtra, India (”SBICAPS” which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns), of the EIGHTH PART. In this Agreement,
(i) Axis, ARAL, I-Sec and SBICAPS are collectively referred to as the “Book Running Lead Managers” or “BRLMs” and individually as a “BRLM” or “Book Running Lead Manager”;
(ii) The Promoter Selling Shareholder, Investor Selling Shareholder and Other Selling Shareholder are together referred to as the “Selling Shareholders” and individually as a “Selling Shareholder”; and
(iii) The Company, the Selling Shareholders and the BRLMs are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

In this Agreement,
(i) JMFL, Axis, HSBC, I-Sec, IIFL, Kotak and SBI Caps are collectively referred to as the “Book Running Lead Managers” or the “BRLMs” and individually as a “Book Running Lead Manager” or a “BRLM”; and
(ii) the Company and the BRLMs are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
