Common use of SBIC Documentation Clause in Contracts

SBIC Documentation. The Company shall have executed and delivered to you all documents required by you in connection with the investment contemplated hereby under the rules and regulations applicable to you by virtue of your status as a "small business investment company", including without limitation, SBA Form 480 (Size Status Declaration), SBA Form 652 (Assurance of Compliance) and SBA Form 1031 (Portfolio Finance Report).
