Common use of Schedule 1 Clause in Contracts

Schedule 1. 1(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding thereto the information set forth on Schedule 1.1(a) attached to this Second Amendment.

Schedule 1. 1(a) of 1A. Schedule 1.1A to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding thereto the information and restated in its entirety to read as set forth on Schedule 1.1(a) attached Exhibit 1 to this Second Amendment.
