Common use of Schedule 1 Clause in Contracts

Schedule 1. 1. VRA shall complete Schedule 1.1, which shall set forth, among other things, the principal amount, interest rates, payment schedule and Purchase Price with respect to the Local Bond and the principal amount of the Related Series of VRA Bonds on or after the Sale Date. VRA shall deliver the completed Schedule 1.1 to the Local Government and shall attach Schedule 1.1 to this Agreement. Upon delivery to the Local Government, the completed Schedule 1.1 shall become a part of this Agreement the same as if it were a part hereof on the Effective Date.

VRA shall deliver the completed Schedule 1.1 to the Local Government and shall attach Schedule 1.1 to this Agreement. Upon delivery to the Local Government, the completed Schedule 1.1 shall become a part of this Agreement the same as if it were a part hereof on the Effective Date.

VRA shall deliver the completed Schedule 1.1 to the Local Government and shall attach Schedule 1.1 to this Agreement. Upon delivery to the Local Government, the completed Schedule 1.1 shall become a part of this Agreement the same as if it were a part hereof on the Effective Date.
