Schedule Adherence. You are expected to adhere to the schedule set for you by your supervisor during both the training and teaching periods of your employment. On teaching days you are expected to arrive at your teaching site 30 minutes prior to the start of the first class. However, the Institute does not expect or require you to arrive at the site any earlier than 30 minutes prior to the start of the first class, absent unusual circumstances in which you have obtained the permission of your supervisor or other authorized agent of the Institute to do so on a particular day. You will not be compensated for any such unapproved early-arrival time. You should leave your teaching site as soon as practicable after the completion of your last class of the day, generally within 15 minutes after the end of the class. You are not expected or required to stay longer than that. Absent unusual circumstances requiring that you stay longer at the site with managerial approval, you will not be paid for time that you spend lingering at the teaching site beyond that time.

Schedule Adherence. A. Employees are expected to start their tours in a punctual manner and adhere to the schedule as if they were at a Company work location and, while working, give their full and undivided attention to the performance of their job duties. B. Work-at-home work time shall not be used for dependent care activities. C. In the event participants need to leave their work position at times for other than a scheduled break or meal period (e.g., feeling ill), they must first confer with supervision and secure permission. Upon returning to their work position, participants must inform supervision. D. If an emergency situation develops requiring immediate action on the part of the employee, he/she should react appropriately and notify supervision as soon as appropriate.
Schedule Adherence. For each southbound trip, the Contractor shall supply a daily record of the departure time at the scheduled trip origin and the arrival time at the last scheduled stop. For each northbound trip, the Contractor shall supply a daily record of the arrival time at the first scheduled stop and the arrival time at the scheduled destination. The schedule adherence forms shall be completed accurately to reflect the actual departure and arrival times.

Schedule Adherence. All provisions of this article are subject to educational, operational and patient care needs, as determined by the University, and Residents must adhere at all times to established schedules. Upon reasonable advance notice, any request for release time as stated above shall not be unreasonably denied.
Schedule Adherence. If, at any time during the term of this contract, the Contractor shall collect any section of the Village on a day other than the scheduled day, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Village that he is in violation of the contract. If a similar violation should occur more than once within the three week period following the week of the original violation, the Village will notify the Contractor by certified mail and withhold any further payment that may be due under the contract until the Contractor has furnished evidence satisfactory to the Village that the Contractor has taken necessary actions and precautions to prevent further violations. Delays that are occasioned by holidays, or by daily (any 24 hour period) precipitation of four (4) inches or more of rain, or eight (8) inches or more of snow, may not be considered as violations. The Village Manager or the Village’s Designated Representative shall be the judge of whether delays constitute a violation, or not.
Schedule Adherence. Contractor shall operate all vehicles according to scheduled pickup and drop-off times. As a minimum standard of performance, Contractor will operate such that ninety percent (90%) of all one-way passenger trips provided during a calendar month are on time. “On time” is defined as a passenger being picked up within a thirty (30) minute window consisting of plus (+) or minus (-) fifteen (15) minutes from the scheduled pickup time. The monthly determination of schedule adherence will be made by Pueblo Transit based upon a routinely selected sample of trips operated by Contractor. Pueblo Transit will determine the exact number of demand response passenger trips selected from completed operator trip manifests. During any given month when Contractor’s schedule adherence falls below 90%, liquidated damages of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) will be assessed, when it falls below 85%, liquidated damages of two hundred and fifty ($250) will be assesses, when it falls below 80%, liquidated damages of three hundred and fifty ($350) will be assessed. Contractor shall not falsify data. Pueblo Transit reserves the right to utilize its own employees as observers to monitor the performance of Contractor. If Contractor reports data differs from the observer’s report, this may constitute grounds for termination of the Contract.

Consistent with applicable law, you will not be paid for time that you spend engaged in any such unauthorized work without the knowledge or approval of your supervisor or other authorized Institute representative.

  • SCHEDULE OF WORK FIRST PARTY’S proposed schedule for the various services required will be set forth in Exhibit A-1. In addition to services described in Section A1, the parties may from time to time agree in writing that FIRST PARTY, for additional compensation, shall perform additional services including but not limited to: • Change in the services because of changes in scope of the work. • Additional tasks not specified herein as required by the CITY.
