Schedule B. MBE/WBE Affidavit of Joint Venture i. The parties’ contributions of capital, personnel, and equipment and share of the costs of insurance and bonding; ii. Work items to be performed by the MBE’s or WBE’s own forces and/or work to be performed by employees of the newly formed joint venture entity; iii. Work items to be performed under the supervision of the MBE or WBE joint venture partner; and iv. The MBE’s or WBE’s commitment of management, supervisory, and operative personnel to the performance of the contract.
