Schedule Conflicts. If a scheduled duty assignment is inconsistent with this Agreement or the Duty Hours Policy, the Resident will first bring the matter to the attention of the Program Director. If the Program Director fails to remedy the inconsistency, the Resident will notify the Department Chair, who will take appropriate steps to remedy the inconsistency.

Schedule Conflicts. If a Crewmember is awarded or assigned a Bid Line that conflicts with a Trip Sequence from the preceding bid period (e.g., he must be in two places at once) or results in a potential conflict with the FARs, Crew Scheduling will adjust his Bid Line by dropping the conflicting Days from the conflicting Trip Sequence(s) or replacing them with a Trip Sequence(s) or reserve Day that does not conflict.
Schedule Conflicts. The schedules prepared by the Contractor shall clearly indicate all known potential conflicts, which could impact spacecraft delivery. Schedule conflicts shall consider any potential conflicting needs for resources by another program including the impact of potential late availability of items within and outside of this Contract.
Schedule Conflicts. On Event Days that are also Convention Days, BRE may use (for the parking of motor vehicles by the BRE Parties) only those parking spaces within the Convention Center First Priority Parking Area that the City will not be using. The City will notify BRE reasonably in advance, as provided below, of the number of parking spaces within the Convention Center First Priority Parking Area that the City does not anticipate using on such days, and BRE shall have the right to use the number of parking spaces within the Convention Center First Priority Parking Area indicated in such written notice on such days. BRE shall provide the City with a schedule of Event Days on a semi-annual basis. The City shall give written notice to BRE on a monthly basis, with monthly or weekly updates as necessary and in any event not less than seven (7) days in advance, indicating the number of spaces within the Convention Center First Priority Parking Area that the City anticipates will be available for use by BRE on the scheduled Event Days.
Schedule Conflicts. If there is a conflict in the custodial schedule, the order of priority is as follows: 1) Birthdays, 2) Jewish holiday, 3) Secular holiday, 4) summer, 5) routine schedule.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, this Agreement shall govern.
