Schedule for Non-Renewal. Except as otherwise provided, the President shall establish a schedule for non-renewal consisting of time tables for submission and consideration of recommendations for non-renewal. The Local Association shall be afforded the opportunity to meet and confer prior to implementation of the schedule.
