Schedule for Performance. Reviews 7.1 The performance of each Employee in relation to his / her Performance Agreement shall be reviewed within the month following the quarters as indicated with the understanding that reviews in the first and third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory: First quarter : July – September 2011 (October 2011) Second quarter : October – December 2011 (January 2012) Third quarter : January – March 2012 (April 2012) Fourth quarter : April – June 2012 (July 2012)
7.2 The Employer shall keep a record of the mid-year review and annual assessment meetings.
7.3 Performance feedback shall be based on the Employer’s assessment of the Employee’s performance.
7.4 The Employer will be entitled to review and make reasonable changes to the provisions of Annexure “A” from time to time for operational reasons. The Employee will be fully consulted before any such change is made.
7.5 The Employer may amend the provisions of Annexure A whenever the performance management system is adopted, implemented and / or amended as the case may be. In that case the Employee will be fully consulted before any such change is made.
Schedule for Performance. Subject to Buyer’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Honeywell shall provide the Deliverables in accordance the schedule set forth in any Proposal incorporated into this Agreement. For Products, delivery dates will be based on standard lead times and are estimates only, unless stated in writing by Honeywell that the date is a firm delivery date, and deliveries may be made early and in partial shipments.
Schedule for Performance. CONSULTANT shall perform the services identified in Exhibit A according to the completion schedule included in Exhibit A and as expeditiously as is consistent with generally accepted standards of professional skill and care, and the orderly progress of work.
(i) CONSULTANT and CITY agree that the completion schedule in Exhibit A represents the best estimate of the schedule. CONSULTANT shall comply with completion dates noted in Exhibit A unless a written waiver is granted by the CITY’s project manager.
(ii) CONSULTANT shall not be responsible for performance delays caused by others, or delays beyond CONSULTANT’s control, and such delays shall extend the times for performance of the work by CONSULTANT.

Schedule for Performance. Contractor will begin providing the goods and/or services to be provided under this Agreement by [Insert Date]. The agreed upon schedule for Contractor’s performance under this Agreement is described in more detail in Attachment “A” to this Agreement: Scope of Services.
Schedule for Performance. 3.1 District and Consultant agree that time is of the essence in the performance of this work, and Consultant agrees to produce documents in the times stated in the Proposal. Deviations from the time schedule stated in the Proposal may be made with the approval of an authorized representative.

City and Service Provider agree that time is of the essence and Service Provider agrees that services shall be undertaken and completed in accordance with the schedule of performance (the “Schedule of Performance”), attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit B. Deviations from the time schedule stated in the Schedule of Performance may be made with the written approval of City Manager, or his/her authorized representative. Service Provider’s failure to complete work in accordance with the Schedule of Performance may result in delayed compensation as described in Section 4.
Schedule for Performance. A schedule for performance of the Services is attached hereto as Exhibit “C”, which scheduled is incorporated herein and made a part of this Agreement for all purposes (the “Project Schedule”).
