Schedule of Collateral Obligations. The Borrower shall cause to be delivered to the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Administrator, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, as promptly as practicable on or after each Credit Date, either an amended Schedule of Collateral Obligations or a list of Collateral Obligations setting forth all Collateral Obligations acquired by the Borrower and Granted to the Collateral Agent pursuant to this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents through such Credit Date, which schedule or list shall supersede any prior Schedule of Collateral Obligations delivered hereunder, and which schedule or list shall include all Collateral Obligations held as of such Credit Date.
