Common use of Schedule of Fees Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Fees. Servicer shall maintain and keep current a schedule of common state specific and non-state specific fees or ranges of fees that may be charged to borrowers by or on behalf of Servicer. Servicer shall make this schedule available on its website and to the borrower or borrower’s authorized representative upon request. The schedule shall identify each fee, provide a plain language explanation of the fee, and state the maximum amount of the fee or how the fee is calculated or determined.
