Site Maintenance. 10.1 Contractor shall not perform waste or damage the site. 10.2 Contractor shall exercise reasonable care and due diligence to avoid harming City premises upon which the Event occurs. 10.3 Contractor shall restore or rehabilitate the site and the access to it at the termination of this Agreement. This requirement shall not apply to normal wear and compression on the grass. 10.4 Contractor shall provide trash can and remove all trash it generates from the Event.

Site Maintenance. The authorized area shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, free of any solid waste, debris, or litter, except as specifically authorized herein.
Site Maintenance. Woodsong is responsible for mowing the general use areas and will mow your site up to the hitch in front of your camper. • Seasonal guests are responsible for mowing and trimming their sites around and behind the hitch. A mower is available to borrow. • Seasonal guests are responsible to trim any added landscaping (planters, flag poles, chairs, tables, etc…). Please trim items in front of hitch to maintain a nice appearance. • To maintain a well-groomed appearance, Seasonal guests are required to mow and trim their sites at least every other week. If site maintenance is not completed as required, Woodsong will charge $50 each time a mow and/or trim is required to maintain a well groomed appearance. • Please make sure the grass area in front of your hitch is free of mowing obstructions, especially dog leashes and chains. Fire rings are to be free of litter upon departure of Woodsong. • If tree trimming or removal is necessary on your site, you may be required to move your camper, deck or storage building to shield them from potential damage. Do not remove trees on your site without obtaining permission in advance from Woodsong. Removing or cutting trees/branches without permission will result in a fine of $250 per tree and/or $20 per branch. • Never dump ash or leaves on land adjacent to Woodsong. Dispose of them properly. When placing ash in the dumpster, be sure it’s cool. Warm ashes are a fire hazard. • Recreational vehicles, building structures and decks must be washed when necessary and always maintained in good condition. Woodsong will charge $125 each time a wash is required to maintain the appearance of the park. Woodsong determines when a wash is required and will execute without notice to maintain the park’s appearance. • Picnic table maintenance is the responsibility of the guest during the season. Paint is available, if requested. Woodsong will do table work during the off-season. If yours needs repair/maintenance, please notify Woodsong prior to October 1st. • RV and/or auto garage canopies are not allowed. • If a Seasonal guest terminates their agreement (or has the agreement terminated by Woodsong), they shall remove all personal property and leave the site clean and orderly. ALL ITEMS ON SITE MUST BE CLEARED. If anything is left behind or the site is damaged in any way, the Seasonal guest agree to pay reasonable restoration and/or site clean-up costs (minimum of $100) and forfeit their clean-up deposit. In addition, Co-Sponsor shall exercise reasonable care and due diligence to avoid harming City property and rights-of-way. Co-Sponsor shall ensure that all trash is placed in the City-provided trash cans. • Duration. This Agreement shall be enforceable when signed by both parties and shall be deemed terminated when all duties and obligations created herein are fully satisfied.

Site Maintenance. During construction of the Project, or any portion thereof by Redeveloper then owned by Redeveloper, such portion of the Project (and adjacent public rights of way, if affected by construction activities related to such portion of the Project) will be cleaned or caused to be cleaned on a regular basis by Redeveloper. Redeveloper agrees to clean up within twenty-four (24) hours of a specific request by the Redevelopment Entity that Redeveloper do so, or by the close of the following business day, whichever is later. Should Redeveloper fail to comply with this obligation, the Redevelopment Entity may undertake cleaning within the public right of way and charge Redeveloper for the any costs incurred by the Redevelopment Entity for the same. The Redeveloper shall repair, at Redeveloper’s cost, any damage occurring within the public right of way arising out of or in connection with the construction of the Project, or any portion thereof, by Redeveloper, except to the extent caused by the Redevelopment Entity or any of the Redevelopment Entity’s employees, contractors or agents.
