Common use of Schedule of Fees Clause in Contracts

Schedule of Fees. The schedule of fees in the SOW is subject to change by Xxxxx upon notice to the Client. Any estimate provided to a Client is for informational purposes only, and Client agrees to pay for the actual services provided by Junna at the applicable rates as published in its SOW. Client agrees to pay the fees, as set forth in the schedule, on a recurring basis for each entire Term. All fees stated on the SOW are stated in U.S. dollars.
