Scheduled/Maximum Clause Samples
Scheduled/Maximum. An Employee classified as part-time will not be scheduled to work more than thirty (30) hours in a work week (exclusive of meal periods) and will be paid the applicable overtime rate for any time worked in excess of his scheduled hours in a day. Except, however, in stations where scheduled flight activity increases by a minimum of thirty percent (30%), part-time Employees may be scheduled to work up to forty (40) hours in a work week (exclusive of meal periods) for up to four (4) consecutive months in a calendar year, and only once in a station in that calendar year. The Company will notify the local Union Representative prior to each implementation.
