Common use of Scheduled Settlement Date Clause in Contracts

Scheduled Settlement Date. Subject to Sections 6(b), (c) and (d) below, each Vested Unit will be settled by the delivery of one (1) share of Stock to the Participant (or in the event of the Participant’s death, to the Participant’s estate or designated beneficiary) within ninety (90) days following July 14, 2012, or as soon as is administratively practicable thereafter, but in no event later than March 15, 2013.

Scheduled Settlement Date. Subject to Sections 6(b), (cd) and (de) below, each Vested Unit will be settled by the delivery of one (1) share of Stock to the Participant (or in the event of the Participant’s death, to the Participant’s estate or designated beneficiary) within ninety seventy-five (9075) days following July 1417, 2012, or as soon as is administratively practicable thereafter2008, but in no event later than March 15, 20132010.
