Schedules 4. 1(a)(2). For the avoidance of doubt, Borrower shall list Servicing Rights that are Pledged to Administrative Agent on Schedule 4.1(a)(2). Borrower shall, along with each Borrowing Base Report, deliver to Administrative Agent any updates to Schedule 4.1(a)(2).
Schedules 4. 4 and 5.3 contain a list of all material consents and approvals required to be obtained in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents.
Schedules 4. 1(a)(2). For the avoidance of doubt, Borrower shall list Agency Servicing Rights that are Pledged to Lender on Schedule 4.1(a)(2). Borrower shall, along with each Borrowing Base Report, deliver to Lender any updates to Schedule 4.1(a)(2).
Schedules 4. 8 and 5.3 to the Credit Agreement are hereby deleted and replaced in their entirety with Schedules 4.8 and 5.3 attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Schedules 4. 12 and 7.7 to the Credit Agreement are hereby amended by deleting each such existing schedule in its entirety and substituting the Schedules 4.12 and 7.7 attached to this Amendment therefor.
Schedules 4. 1C and 5.1 to the Credit Agreement are hereby deleted in their entirety and new Schedules 4.1C and 5.1 substantially in the forms of Annexes H and I, respectively, attached hereto are hereby substituted therefor.
Schedules 4. 3.2 and 9.1.5 of the Agreement are hereby amended and restated in their entirety as set forth on Schedules 4.3.2 and 9.1.5 attached hereto, respectively.
