Common use of Schedules and Documents Relating to Accounts Clause in Contracts

Schedules and Documents Relating to Accounts. If requested by Agent, Borrower shall furnish Agent with copies (or, at Agent’s request, originals) of all contracts, orders, invoices, and other similar documents, and Borrower warrants the genuineness of all of the foregoing. In addition, Borrower shall deliver to Agent, on its request, the originals of all instruments, chattel paper, security agreements, guarantees and other documents and property evidencing or securing any Accounts, in the same form as received, with all necessary endorsements, and copies of all credit memos.

In addition, Borrower shall deliver to Agent, on its request, the originals of all instruments, chattel paper, security agreements, guarantees and other documents and property evidencing or securing any Accounts, in the same form as received, with all necessary endorsementsindorsements, and copies of all credit memos.
