Schedules and Increases. Teachers assigned to extra-curricular activities shall be paid in accordance with the extra-curricular salary schedule. If more than one teacher is assigned to an activity, each shall be paid the scheduled salary. If agreed upon by both coaches and the Director of Human Resources, a single stipend may be split 50/50 between two coaches. Extra-curricular pay will be increased annually by the same percentage as the base salary. However, if teachers volunteer to share an assignment, the scheduled Extra-Duty Activity Pay shall be divided among those performing the activity.
