Schedules, Exhibits and Attachments. Except with respect to Exhibit B, which provisions shall not be effective unless and until set forth separately in a writing signed by the Parties in connection with the Financing, all schedules, exhibits and attachments referred to herein are intended to be and hereby are specifically made part of this Agreement. However, if there is a conflict between a term or condition of such schedules, exhibits and attachments and this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail.
