Schedules/Exhibits. All exhibits or schedules attached to this Agreement shall be deemed part of this Agreement and incorporated into this Agreement, as if fully contained in it. All references in this Agreement to this Agreement shall include all of the exhibits or schedules attached to this Agreement.
