Common use of Schedules of Accounts Clause in Contracts

Schedules of Accounts. With such regularity as Foothill shall require, provide Foothill with schedules describing all of such Guarantor's Accounts. Foothill's failure to request such schedules or such Guarantor's failure to execute and deliver such schedules shall not affect or limit Foothill's security interests or other rights in and to the Accounts.
