Scheduling/Dispatch/Pick-Up Clause Samples

The Scheduling/Dispatch/Pick-Up clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for coordinating the timing and logistics of product delivery or service performance. It typically outlines how and when the buyer or seller must schedule shipments, arrange for dispatch, or pick up goods, including any required advance notice or documentation. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on their obligations regarding timing and logistics, reducing the risk of delays, miscommunication, or disputes over delivery arrangements.
