Services Provided by Tlo Volume Losses Clause Samples
The 'SERVICES PROVIDED BY TLO; VOLUME LOSSES' clause defines the responsibilities of the Terminal Logistics Operator (TLO) in delivering specified services and addresses how losses in product volume are managed during handling or storage. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of services the TLO must perform, such as loading, unloading, or warehousing, and sets out procedures for measuring and accounting for any discrepancies in product volume that may occur due to evaporation, spillage, or other causes. Its core function is to allocate responsibility for service performance and volume loss, ensuring both parties understand how such losses are tracked and who bears the associated risk or cost.
