Scheduling Maintenance Sample Clauses
Scheduling Maintenance. Operator shall arrange and schedule all maintenance for the Facility in accordance with the Standards of Performance and Project Agreements. Scheduled outages shall be approved by Owner, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Operator shall coordinate with Owner in scheduling such maintenance and notify the Service Recipients, as necessary, of Facility conditions as required by the Project Agreements. Generally, scheduled maintenance will be performed, to the extent practical, during off-peak hours.
Scheduling Maintenance. (a) Seller’s Responsibilities:
(i) Seller shall use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that both the CS1 Plant and the Auxiliary Boiler System are not inoperative at the same time.
(ii) Except for necessary repairs to equipment shared by both the CS1 Plant and the Auxiliary Boiler System, Seller shall make all reasonable efforts not schedule outages of both the CS1 Plant and the Auxiliary Boiler System at the same time.
(iii) There may be times where the entire Steam Facility must be shut down for maintenance purposes, and accordingly, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Seller reserves the right to shut down the Steam Facilities and is relieved of its obligation to provide Steam to Buyer under such circumstances. Seller will provide all Steam customers with notice reasonably in advance and will coordinate with all Steam customers to schedule and minimize such outages.
(iv) Seller is not responsible for maintenance and operation of the PMSDS, which connects Seller’s Steam Facilities to Buyer’s Facilities.
Scheduling Maintenance. Provider will use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with Owner to schedule Maintenance when convenient to Owner, however, no period of Maintenance shall be delayed or postponed for the purpose of scheduling Owner’s Flights, unless said Maintenance can (in Provider’s sole discretion) be safely conducted at a later time in compliance with all applicable laws, government regulations, insurance requirements, aircraft manuals, manufacturer warranties, and applicable inspection programs.
Scheduling Maintenance. Team Members request maintenance through Team Coordinator. Maintenance is requested through the central dispatch system by the Supervisor or Team Coordinator The central dispatch system will provide updates on corrective maintenance issues through the Team Coordinator. Uncompleted corrective maintenance issues will be scheduled through the Maintenance Planning Meeting. Industrial Engineering will assist in resolving machine and operator issues.
Scheduling Maintenance. Operator shall promptly notify Shipper of any scheduled maintenance of the Terminal. Operator shall consult with Shipper when planning scheduled maintenance to avoid disruption of the Services during the Term. The obligation to pay the Rates set forth in section 9 shall be abated, on an hourly basis rounded to the nearest hour, for any period of time during which the Terminal is unavailable for use during the Term due to maintenance or repair, whether scheduled or not.
