Scheduling of Services. 6.1.1 Attachment D to this Agreement is the Key Milestone Listing which defines the sequence and timing of the design and construction activities. The Designer and its Consultants shall schedule and perform their activities so as to meet the Milestone Dates shown. No deviation by the Designer or his Consultants from the Key Milestone Listing shall be allowed without prior written approval by the Owner.

The services set forth in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineering, Inc.’s proposal and Client’s acceptance will be accomplished in a timely, workmanlike and professional manner by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ENGINEERING, INC. personnel at the prices quoted. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineering, Inc. is required to delay commencement of the services or if, upon embarking upon its services, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineering, Inc. is required to stop or interrupt the progress of its services as a result of changes in the scope of the services requested by Client, to fulfill the requirements of third parties, interruptions in the progress of construction, or other causes beyond the direct reasonable control of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineering, Inc., additional charges will be applicable and payable by Client.
Scheduling of Services. 6.1.1.1 The contractor shall ensure at least 98% of all requests are accurately confirmed, based on information provided by the customer request.
6.1.1.2 The contractor shall ensure 98% of all requests are confirmed within one (1) business day (by 4:00 p.m. the following business day from the request, on Fridays due by 4:00 the following Monday)
6.1.1.3 The contractor shall ensure 98% of all requests received 3 days in advance shall be filled. Periodically, the contractor shall be expected to provide on-call sign language interpreters, captioners, or transcribers to provide last minute, urgent requests.
Scheduling of Services. Throughout the Design or Construction Phases, Design Build Firm shall submit Project Schedule updates as detailed in the CDRL (Exhibit 10). Project Schedule updates, regardless of whether submitted during the Design Phase or the Construction Phase, shall show all required activity sequences during the Construction Phase, including precedence relationships and durations for all activities in an Approved critical path format that coordinates and integrates the development of Construction Documents and Design-Build Firm s’ other Services, the Services and Work of all Design-Build Firm Parties, and any activities Owner and any Separate Contractors planned on the Project. The Design-Build Firm shall regularly review the Project Schedule for any Services and Work that have not been started when scheduled or are behind schedule, and identify and notify Owner and Program Manager of any potential or actual variance between any scheduled and probable completion date for such Services and Work, and recommend to the Owner scheduling adjustments to adhere to and/or recover the Project Schedule. The Project Schedule shall:
A. Provide a graphic representation of and incorporate all activities and events that will occur during performance of Work, including all activities of the Design-Build Firm Parties, as well as others affecting the progress of the Work;
B. Incorporate activity time sequences and durations, for processing, review and Approvals of Shop Drawings, Submittals, expediting and delivery of long lead items, and Owner s’ planned occupancy activities;
C. Identify each task required for the for the performance and completion of the Services and
D. Set forth dates that are critical to ensuring the timely and orderly completion of the Services and Work in accordance with the the CDRL (Exhibit 10) and the control milestones in the Approved Project Schedule;
E. Provide for regular monitoring of construction progress, and preparing current Project Schedule updates at least monthly or more frequently if Owner considers this to be reasonably necessary;
F. Schedule updates shall be submitted with summary reports notifying Owner of each update and explaining all variances from the Project Schedule, for which Approval shall be required.
G. Schedule updates shall incorporate current status for all activities, sequences, and durations, by Design Package, in relation to the milestone dates and Scheduled Substantial and Final Completion Dates, including:

Scheduling of Services. The Supplier must provide the Services during the times and by the dates specified in the Purchase Order and complete the Services by the Completion Date.

Scheduling of Services a. A tentative schedule of services for the next season shall be distributed to the members of the orchestra no later than the final concert of the previous season.
b. There shall be no more than 5 hours of service on any day. A break of at least one and one-half hours shall be taken between services.
c. If changes are made to the time of a scheduled service and a musician receives notification postmarked between 22 and 37 days prior to that service, a musician affected by such change shall be excused from the service without pay if he or she so requests.
d. If a musician receives notification of changes to or cancellation of a scheduled service postmarked within 21 days prior to that service, he or she will be paid for the scheduled service, whether or not he or she is able to attend. Exception to this rule may be made only for cancellation of a service due to inclement weather or other act of God, or to force majeure.
e. The music order for each service shall be fixed and announced no later than 14 days before such service. If changes are made to a rehearsal order after that time, musicians shall not be held responsible for such changes.
f. Inclement weather or travel delays experienced by guest artists or conductors may necessitate changes to the music rehearsal order within 14 days of a service. In such emergency situations, affected musicians will be notified as quickly as possible, and asked to give their best effort to accommodate the necessary changes.
g. Within all reasonable limits, no changes in a concert program shall be made after 60 days before the first rehearsal for that series.
Scheduling of Services. 6.1.1 The DESIGNER’s schedule for the performance of its activities and the activities of DESIGNER’s Consultants shall be reduced to writing and submitted to the OWNER for review and approval. If such schedule has been reviewed and approved prior to execution of this Agreement, it is attached hereto as Attachment B. In any event, once the schedule has been reviewed and approved by the OWNER, it shall constitute the “Key Milestone Listing”. The DESIGNER shall also prepare and submit to the OWNER for review and approval a schedule of all known items of information, approvals or decisions to be furnished or made by the OWNER, including the dates by which the OWNER shall have all information necessary from the DESIGNER with respect to that item, approval or decision and the date by which the item of information, approval or decision should be communicated to the DESIGNER. The OWNER shall always have a reasonable time within which to provide such item of information, approval or decision and shall not have any responsibility for any delay occurring by reason of the OWNER’s being unable, through no fault of the OWNER, to supply such item of information, approval or decision.
6.1.2 The DESIGNER shall schedule and perform its activities so as to meet the Milestone Dates shown in the Key Milestone Listing. No delay by the DESIGNER in meeting the deadlines in the Key Milestone Listing shall be allowed hereunder without prior written approval by the OWNER.
6.1.3 Should the OWNER determine that the DESIGNER is behind schedule, it may require the DESIGNER to expedite and accelerate its efforts, including providing additional manpower and/or overtime, as necessary, to perform its services in accordance with the Key Milestone Listing, at no additional cost to the OWNER.
Scheduling of Services. 6.1. Musicians who miss more than the allowed absences as defined below for Classical Concert Sets may jeopardize the automatic renewal of their contracts.
6.2. Notification to Musicians of any schedule changes to performances, rehearsals, or sectional rehearsals initiated by the RPA will be made at least fifteen (15) days in advance of the change. The Personnel Manager will notify any Musicians not required for any scheduled Rehearsal or Performance Services no fewer than fifteen (15) days before the first Rehearsal Service of the Concert Set. Notification of any change in the Program or Instrumentation initiated by the RPA will be made at least thirty (30) days in advance of the first Rehearsal Service of the Concert Set.
6.3. If a musician must withdraw from a Classical Concert Set that they have previously agreed to perform, the Musician must inform the Personnel Manager at least fifteen (15) days prior to the first Rehearsal Service of that Concert Set.
6.4. Musicians may withdraw from a Concert Set in which they have previously agreed to participate with less than fifteen (15) days notice only for the following reasons:

Consultant shall coordinate the Consultant’s services with the Owner, the Professional designing, and Builder constructing, the Project, and any other consultants providing services on the Project. The Consultant shall develop a schedule to perform its services based on the schedule for the Project. The Consultant shall perform its services in accordance with the schedule approved by Owner subject to changes in the overall construction schedule for Project.
