Common use of Scheme Information Clause in Contracts

Scheme Information. The CWC Circular contains all the material terms of the Scheme and the information contained in the CWC Circular relating to the Group (other than the Target Group) and the Scheme and, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the CWC ConsumerCo Business is true, complete and accurate in all material respects on its date of despatch. An office copy of the order of the court sanctioning the Scheme under Section 425 was filed with the Registrar of Companies for registration pursuant to sub-section 3 of Section 425 on 12 May 2000.
