Employee Information. The Company agrees to supply each employee with a copy of this Agreement.
Employee Information. In October and February each year the Employer will forward in electronic form to the Recording Secretary of the Union a list showing each Employee’s name, home address, phone number (once available) and Employee number. The Parties will endeavour to use the Employee number on all correspondence respecting the Employee.

Employee InformationThe Employer shall submit monthly to the Union a report or reports covering all bargaining unit employees currently employed by the Employer, including their name, address, phone number (unless otherwise requested in writing by the employee), employee identification number, classification, department name and code, date of hire, rate of pay, monthly gross pay (overtime excluded), straight time monthly hours, FTE status, dues deduction, COPE deduction, and any employee terminations or transfers from the bargaining unit. The Employer will also provide, on a quarterly basis, the step placement of each employee hired above the Base Step during the recently concluded quarter.
Employee Information. 4.1. a. Each employee shall receive an individual employment contract upon initial appointment. The initial contract or appointment letter shall specify the period of appointment; the type of appointment; the rank of the individual; the evaluating department; the probationary year; and the salary. (1) Starting salary is negotiated between the University and the potential employee prior to the employee’s entering the bargaining unit. (2) Employees enter the bargaining unit upon commencing their assigned obligations, after accepting, in writing, an offer of employment from the University. (3) Employees in their first employment year are not eligible for any salary increases negotiated for that contract year.

(2) Unit B employees enter the bargaining unit according to the provisions of Appendix A. (3) Employees in their first employment year are not eligible for any salary increase negotiated for that contract year.
Employee Information. Each of Seller and Purchaser will provide the other, in a timely manner, any information with respect to any Employee's or Former Employee's employment with and compensation from Seller, any Post-Closing Affiliate or Purchaser or any of its Affiliates, as the case may be, or rights or benefits under any employee benefit plan which the other party hereto may reasonably request.
