Common use of SCHOOL ACT APPEALS Clause in Contracts

SCHOOL ACT APPEALS. 1. Where a pupil and or parent/guardian files a Notice of Appeal under the School Act (Section 11) and the School Board Bylaw #3.1 of a decision of an employee covered by this Agreement, the employee and the Association shall immediately be notified of the appeal and the grounds upon which it is based.
