School Agreements with Third Parties a. The Sponsor is not liable for the debts of the School or the Governing Authority. b. The Parties agree that certain agreements represent significant and material transactions that must be provided to the Sponsor in substantial form at least five (5) business days prior to adoption by the Governing Authority. These agreements include: (1) the purchase, sale, lease, or other disposition of any real property; and (2) All agreements in excess of five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00).
