Common use of SCHOOL-BASED DECISION-MAKING Clause in Contracts

SCHOOL-BASED DECISION-MAKING. 31.1 Each school shall develop processes and practices to xxxxxx collaborative decision making and problem solving at the school level amongst all employees. 31.2 Each school may choose to facilitate collaborative decision making and problem solving processes. 31.3 Staff committees may: a. be established at the beginning of each school year; and b. review and make recommendations on any matter of general or specific interest to the staff. 31.4 If a staff committee is to be formed in a school, it shall consist of a size, format and membership as determined by the school staff. 31.5 The school staff is defined as all the employees of the Board who work at a particular school. 31.6 Recommendations of the staff committee shall be considered and responded to by the school administration.
