School Complaint Process. The School must establish a process for resolving community, parental, and other public complaints. The process shall afford the opportunity for the complainants to be heard by the head administrator and/or the School’s governing body. The governing body shall be the final determiner of the complaint unless the complainant has additional legal remedies or requirements provided by law.
