School District Match. The School District will match the contribution of each participating, full-time teacher per year and make a pro rata match for each participating part-time teacher per year according to the following schedule relating to the teacher’s teaching experience in the School District:
School District Match. The School District will match each day of paid personal leave donated by HEA members to 45 days. This will create two (2) days of sick leave for each of the 45 days of paid personal leave donated by HEA members for a maximum of 90 days. If more than 45 HEA members donate a personal day, the number of days over 45 will not be matched but will still go to the sick leave bank.
