School District Officers and Employees Not to Benefit. The Environmental Consultant shall not make any payment or give anything of more than nominal value to any School District official or employee except in accordance with Applicable Law and School District policy. The Environmental Consultant shall comply with the School District Vendor Code of Ethics, and also, to the extent applicable, with the School District’s Code of Ethics for School District officers and employees. The Environmental Consultant shall disclose to the School District, with each invoice submitted, the name(s) of each School District official(s) or employee(s) who receive payment from the Environmental Consultant, the amount such official or employee receives and the services rendered by the official or employee in consideration of the payment. Any fees or compensation paid by the Environmental Consultant to the School District officials or employees in violation of School District policy and Applicable Law shall be recoverable from the Environmental Consultant as damages.
