Common use of School Hire Contract Clause in Contracts

School Hire Contract. EMS hire instruments to Ealing authority maintained schools. Schools pick up instruments from EMS unless a special arrangement with EMS has been agreed for delivery. Schools will be invoiced for the hire on a termly basis via Ealing Corporate Collections and return them to EMS when they are no longer needed. Payment will only cease once the instrument is returned and no refunds will be given.
