Group Grievance. Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

Group Grievance. Where a number of Employees have similar grievances and each Employee would be entitled to grieve separately, they may present a group grievance identifying each Employee who is grieving to the Department Head or his/her designate or to Human Resources within ten (10) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance had occurred, or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the Employees. The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step Number 2 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.
Group Grievance. If, in the judgment of the District and the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of employees from more than one (1) building, the Association may submit such grievance, in writing, to the Superintendent, directly, and the processing of such grievance shall be commenced at Step 2.

Group Grievance. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of teachers, the Association may submit such grievance in writing to the Superintendent or his designee directly and the processing of such grievance shall be commenced at Step Two (2) of the grievance procedure.
Group Grievance. A “group grievance” is defined as a single grievance signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative as well as the employees who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with by the successive stages of the grievance procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
