Group Grievance. Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

Where a number of Employees have similar grievances and each Employee would be entitled to grieve separately, they may present a group grievance identifying each Employee who is grieving to the Department Head or his/her designate or to Human Resources within ten (10) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance had occurred, or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the Employees. The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step Number 2 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.
Group Grievance. If, in the judgment of the District and the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of employees from more than one (1) building, the Association may submit such grievance, in writing, to the Superintendent, directly, and the processing of such grievance shall be commenced at Step 2.
Group Grievance. Subject to clause 17.5 and section 215 of the PSLRA, the Association may present to the Council a group grievance on behalf of employees in the bargaining unit who feel aggrieved by the interpretation or application, common in respect of those employees, of a provision of the collective agreement or an arbitral award.
Group Grievance. Where a number of nurses have identical grievances and each nurse would be entitled to grieve separately, they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each of the nurses who is grieving to the Program Director, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance having occurred or ought to have come to the attention of the nurses. The grievance shall be treated as being initiated at Step #2 of the grievance procedure and the applicable provisions of the Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.
Group Grievance. Any dispute affecting a group of employees which is taken up on their behalf by the Union constitutes a Group grievance.
Group Grievance. If, in the judgment of the Association, a grievance affects a group or class of teachers, the Association may submit such grievance in writing to the Superintendent or his designee directly and the processing of such grievance shall be commenced at Step Two (2) of the grievance procedure.
Group Grievance. A “group grievance” is defined as a single grievance signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative as well as the employees who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with by the successive stages of the grievance procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form. At no time may an employee or group of employees file a grievance on behalf of another employee.
Group Grievance. Where more than one (1) employee has the same grievance arising out of the same set of facts or circumstances, a group grievance may be filed by having all employees sign a written grievance at Step 2. Such a grievance shall then be processed within the framework of the grievance procedure.
