Common use of School Lease Clause in Contracts

School Lease. The School shall provide to The Guild a copy of its lease, and any subsequent amendment(s), or deed for the premises in which the School shall operate within fourteen (14) business days of execution. The school will provide to The Guild any notice of lease termination within five (5) business days of receipt. The School may lease space from any independent or special school board eligible to be a charter school authorizer, other public organization, private nonprofit institution organization or private property owner, as it deems necessary. The School may lease space from a sectarian organization as allowed by Applicable Law.
