Scientific Records. Voyager shall maintain scientific records, in sufficient detail and in sound scientific manner appropriate for patent and regulatory purposes, which shall fully and properly reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of the Development activities with respect to each Collaboration Program and any Collaboration Product generated thereby.
