Common use of Scope and Duration of Consultant Support for NYSDOT Usage of Proprietary, Developed and/or Licensed Third Party Software Clause in Contracts

Scope and Duration of Consultant Support for NYSDOT Usage of Proprietary, Developed and/or Licensed Third Party Software. The Consultant shall provide technical support during NYSDOT’s installation and implementation of the Developed or Consultant-Owned Software and Systems as set forth in Requirements of the RFP, and any other part of this Agreement. Following the initial installation and implementation of the proprietary, developed, or licensed third-party software and related systems involved in the project underlying this Agreement, Consultant shall provide ongoing technical support during the term of this Agreement for NYSDOT usage of such software and systems, which shall cover the software and systems, be of the scope and duration, include the types of support, and be conducted in accordance with the requirements set forth in Requirements of the RFP and any other part of this Agreement.
