SCOPE AND STANDARD OF SERVICES. 2.1 Service Provider hereby agrees to provide to the IDBI Bank and the IDBI Bank hereby agrees to avail of from Service Provider, Courier services as more particularly mentioned in the Annexure A to this Agreement.
