Standard of Work. All work to be performed by or for Tenant pursuant hereto shall be performed diligently and in a first class, workmanlike manner, and in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations and rules of any public authority having jurisdiction over the Premises and/or Tenant and Landlord’s insurance carriers. Landlord shall have the right, but not the obligation, to inspect periodically the work on the Premises, and Landlord may require changes in the method or quality of the work.
Standard of Work. 6.1 The Service Provider shall at all times comply with the quality standards, and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant quality standards authorisation body. To the extent the standard of Services has not been specified in the Agreement, the Service Provider shall agree the relevant standard of Services with the Contract Manager prior to the delivery of the Services, and the Service Provider shall undertake its obligations in accordance with good industry practice.
6.2 The introduction of new methods or systems which adversely affect the provision of the Services shall be subject to the prior approval of the Customer.
Standard of Work. 9.1 The Handling Company shall carry out all technical and flight operations services as well as other services also having a safety aspect, for example, load control, loading of aircraft and handling of dangerous goods, in accordance with the Carrier's instructions, receipt of which must be confirmed in writing to the Carrier by the Handling Company.
9.2 The Handling Company declares to be in possession of all necessary permits, licences, and authorisations to perform ground handling services at the airports stated in this Annex B.
9.3 The Handling Company shall ensure that all personnel assigned to, or directly involved in the ground operations are properly instructed and trained, have demonstrated their abilities in their particular duties and are aware of their responsibilities and the relationship of such duties and operations.
9.4 The Handling Company’s staff shall be appropriately trained to handle Dangerous Goods as defined in the latest edition of the ICAO Technical Instructions and the latest edition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
9.5 The Handling Company shall comply with all applicable IATA, AHM, ICAO, EU OPS, JAR OPS, IATA Life Animals Regulations and/or other local or international legal regulations.
Standard of Work. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, the Contractor will, at its sole expense, carry out the Work and perform all of its obligations under this Agreement:
(a) in a good, workmanlike, safe, efficient, environmentally sound and diligent manner:
(i) in accordance with the best modern timber harvesting practices used on the Coast of British Columbia; and
(ii) to the satisfaction of the Company, acting reasonably; and
(b) in compliance with all of the following that are applicable to the Work, the Lands or the obligations of the Contractor under this Agreement:
(i) federal, provincial, regional and municipal laws, by-laws, rules and regulations, including the Forest Act, FRPA, Wildfire Act and Workers Compensation Act;
(ii) Logging Plans;
(iii) Operational Documents;
(iv) Standards and Specifications;
(v) lawful directions that are consistent with this Agreement and reasonable in the circumstances that the Company in its sole discretion may at any time, and from time to time, during the Term give to the Contractor; and
(vi) lawful orders, directions or other decisions that governmental authorities may give or make in respect of the Work or the operations of the Contractor under this Agreement, and any amendments to any of the foregoing that may be made.
Standard of Work. All Work performed by the Contractor shall be completed in a timely, workmanlike manner acceptable to UCAN.
Standard of Work. 13.1. The Contractor shall at all times comply with the Quality Standards, and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Quality Standards authorisation body. To the extent the standard of Services has not been specified in the Agreement, the Contractor shall agree the relevant standard of Services with the Contract Manager prior to execution, and shall execute the Agreement with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with good industry practice.
13.2. The Contractor warrants and represents that all Staff assigned to the performance of the Services shall possess and exercise such qualifications, skill and experience as are necessary for the proper performance of the Services.
13.3. The introduction of new methods or systems which impinge on the provision of the Services shall be subject to prior Approval.
13.4. The signing by the Contract Manager (or his representative) of time sheets or other similar documents shall not be construed as implying the Contractor’s compliance with the Agreement.
Standard of Work. All installation of Equipment shall be performed and diligently pursued to completion in a skillful and xxxxxxx-like manner only by qualified and properly trained persons and appropriately licensed contractors. (See Section 13.2.) No less than 10 calendar days before commencing installation of Equipment on any Pole, Licensee shall provide the SFMTA (1) a schedule of all installation activities; (2) a list of the names, places of business, and license numbers of all contractors who will perform the Installation work. In performing installation and/or removal of Equipment on a Pole, Licensee shall leave the Pole in the as good or better condition the prior to said installation or removal work. Licensee’s Equipment as installed shall be high quality, safe, fire resistant, modern in design and attractive in appearance, all as approved by SFMTA.
Standard of Work. Contractor will accomplish the work using a standard of performance and care that is currently accepted by other professionals engaged in similar work in the Portland metropolitan area.
Standard of Work. All work by or on behalf of Licensee under this Article must: (a) be at Licensee’s sole expense; (b) be performed by duly licensed and bonded contractors or mechanics; (c) be performed in a manner and using equipment and materials that will not interfere with or impair the City’s operations; and (d) comply with all applicable Laws relating to the License Area or Licensee’s activities.
Standard of Work. Licensee must install and perform all other work on Equipment in strict compliance with Approved Plans diligently and in a skillful and workmanlike manner. Licensee must use qualified and properly trained persons and appropriately licensed contractors in conformance with Section 13.2 (Personnel Safety Training) for all work on the License Area. No later than 30 days before commencing installation or any other work on any License Area, Licensee shall provide the City with: (a) a schedule of all activities; and (b) a list of the names, places of business, and license numbers of all contractors who will perform the work. After performing any work on the License Area, Licensee shall leave it and other City Property in a condition as good as it was before the work.
