Scope and Volume. The scope and volume of the Services paid for by the Customer may not be downgraded during the Service Order or part of the way through an Agreement Term unless specifically approved in writing by Au10tix. Customer shall commit to a minimum commitment as defined in the Service Order and all payments in respect of that order shall be paid as described in the applicable Service Order.
