SCOPE/AUTHORIZATION LETTERS. 4.1 This Agreement does not by itself order any Service or Software. Verizon shall order Service or Software by submitting an Authorization Letter, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
